This document explains how the Metanews application was developed.
It also introduces a methodology named Use Case mapping. That is
a methodology for systematic development of PHP Web applications. It
defines how to depart from an UML use case diagram to an implementation
based in PHP classes of objects that use a compact MVC approach.
